The Great Conversation and the Pursuit of Happiness

Aristotle wrote that happiness is the virtue everyone desires –  but it can’t be found by seeking it.  If that’s true, how can we find happiness?

In this class, we’ll dive in and study what philosophers, novelists, historians, and even mathematicians have theorized about what makes a person happy, and then discuss how we can pursue happiness in our own lives.

A little about me...

Hi! I’m Kenna.

I believe that every effort on your part – every small shift in mindset, habit, and schedule – can create the flow in your life that fits (and nourishes) the most important things in your life.

What are these for you?

For me, these include a loving family (who likes to be together) and consistent enrichment of mind, body and soul for my own growth and the growth of those I’m mentoring.

I’m a faith-filled truth seeker who feels content when my life includes good books (with discussion!), nature, time with family, and lots of vegetables.  Cozy blankets and dark chocolate are nice bonuses. 🙂

I invite you to take on the hard – but worthwhile – journey of self-improvement of heart, mind, and body that will spill over in every area of your life!

You can do this!
